If for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will refund your money, no questions asked.  Just return the sign to Carolyn Gray International, LLC PO Box 194 Clifton, VA 20124 with your receipt, and we will give you a refund within five business days of receiving it in good condition.

The sign will be shipped via USPS first class mail within 48 hours, so it should be received within 3-5 business days from that point.
